Tracy Arm Fjord Glacier Tour from Juneau

Excursion Overview

Explore Tracy Arm Fjord’s glaciers, icebergs, and wildlife!

Step aboard a custom built expedition vessel in Juneau and spend the day exploring the breathtaking Tracy Arm Wilderness Area. This unforgettable cruise carries guests deep into one of Southeast Alaska’s most dramatic fjords, where towering granite cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and massive tidewater glaciers create a truly awe inspiring landscape. With opportunities to get remarkably close to the ice, travelers experience the raw beauty that once led the naturalist John Muir to call Tracy Arm one of the region’s most spectacular places.

Along the way, an experienced captain and onboard naturalist bring the journey to life with engaging stories and insights about the area’s geology, wildlife, and glacial history. The vessel’s nimble design allows for spontaneous stops and scenic detours, perfect for capturing photos of glowing blue icebergs, calving glaciers, and wildlife like seals, whales, and bald eagles. Comfortable and immersive, this Tracy Arm tour from Juneau delivers unforgettable scenery and up-close Alaskan wilderness.

This tour is typically available from May through September. Our excursions were designed for cruise ship passengers but are available to everyone.
