If the stepping motion is too much for someone, they also have a ramp that is a gradual incline with handrails on both sides that can be used instead. Guests can let the pilots know if a ramp is needed at the time of check-in.

Yes, the maximum weight limit per guest is 300 pounds. Due to the size and capacity of the aircraft, guests must individually weigh under 300 pounds to participate.
