We had a great time! Everything was easy with this excursion. I booked online for 10 people and was able to choose 4 locations to tour. We arrived at the pick up location, and our driver, Luis, was friendly and knowledgeable. He shared stories at each location and was able to answer any questions we had. We told him our #1 wish was to see a bear and we saw one at Herring Cove! Luis was also flexible: instead of going to our last scheduled stop, we asked to return to Herring Cove for more wildlife viewing. Overall, it was an enjoyable excursion and I would highly recommend this one for a private and comfortable way to see Ketchikan.
