Of all the excursions we did in Alaska, this experience stood out as a favorite. It was something our whole family of two adults and two teenagers enjoyed. Wesley was a very laid-back, competent guide. Not only did he share his fishing expertise, but he was also very knowledgeable about Alaska and was open to answering questions about Juneau and the state in general. One of the best aspects of this adventure was that it was a small group. This allowed for one-on-one instruction and personalized attention. Gear (including hip waders) was provided, so it was a stress-free excursion. Wesley was very aware of our time constraints, and he made sure we had ample time to return to our cruise ship. I would highly recommend this excursion for anyone who wants a first-hand experience of the beautiful Alaska wilderness.
