I can not say enough good things about this tour. My 10 & 6-year-olds loved getting pulled by the dogs, getting to pet them, and to love on the puppies. We also learned so much about the Iditarod and dog sledding. Highly recommend this tour. We traveled with a group of 7 and we were all able to ride together. It was a little rainy but the dog camp was prepared with ponchos. Being picked up right in Juneau was also convenient for the rest of our plans.

It was a rainy day but we really enjoyed the informative tour of the camp and the fun ride being pulled by a team of authentic Sled dogs from an authentic musher. The cuddling with Sled dog puppies was the best way to end the tour!

Fun excursion! Travelers should be warned to wear clothes they don't care about as it is quite muddy and rainy. Also, the road to get there is quite bumpy. Our biggest suggestion is more time in the end for cuddling the dogs and puppies.
