Bus Transfer: Whittier to Anchorage with Wildlife Viewing

Excursion Overview

Whittier to Anchorage Tour with Alaska Wildlife & Scenic Views

Step off your cruise ship in Whittier and begin a journey through some of Alaska’s most breathtaking scenery. Travel through the historic Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel and along the Seward Highway, where towering peaks, sparkling waters of Turnagain Arm, and dramatic cliffs set the stage for an unforgettable adventure. Along the way, your guide shares stories of the Indigenous Dena’ina people, Alaska’s wildlife, and the dramatic events that shaped this rugged coastline.

A highlight of the day is the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, where easy trails bring you face-to-face with bears, moose, muskoxen, and caribou in natural habitats. After your wildlife encounters, relax on the scenic drive to Anchorage with convenient drop-offs at the airport or downtown, carrying memories of Alaska’s history, wilderness, and wildlife that will stay with you long after your visit.
