Things You Need to Know

Requirements:

  • Guests wishing to participate in tastings must be 21 + years of age and bring the following identification: passport or a current U.S. driver's license or state identification with photo.
  • Guests are welcome to enjoy lunch and wine tastings at their own expense. Tasting fees (typically $25–$35) are not included in the tour price but are often waived with a minimum purchase.
  • Guests must be able to step in and out of the mini-coach, which requires climbing approximately 3–5 steps.
  • Guests should be comfortable walking short distances independently, as they will need to get on and off the bus and walk to various stops throughout the tour.

Duration: Approximately 6 hours (hotel pickup is available from select Seattle and SeaTac locations)

  • Please note: Each tour is a one-of-a-kind experience! Your guide will tailor the stops and timing to create the best possible experience for your group. You’ll receive a general outline of the itinerary at pickup, but the exact schedule may vary depending on traffic, guest interests, and other factors along the route.
  • 60 minutes - Goose Ridge Estate Winery, tasting fees ($25–$35) are not included in the tour price but are often waived with a minimum purchase
  • 60–75 minutes – Village Wines Lunch, pre-order your meal from the menu provided and explore their wine selection while savoring a variety of reds, whites, and blends
  • 60 minutes – Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, if visiting on a winter Monday or Tuesday, this stop is replaced with Woodinville Whiskey Company
  • 30 minutes – Snoqualmie Falls, take in the breathtaking 270-foot waterfall, explore the observation decks, walk the serene trails and gardens, and browse the gift shop
  • 15–20 minutes – Boehm's Chocolate Factory, if time permits
  • Your tour runs from the last pickup to the first drop-off of the day. Listed end times are approximate and actual drop-off will vary by hotel location, traffic, and number of stops.

  • Hotel pickup is available from select Seattle and SeaTac locations. Fully detailed instructions are included on your finalized ticket vouchers.

  • This tour is limited mobility accessible. Guests must be able to step in and out of the mini-coach, which requires climbing approximately 3–5 steps. There is space available for collapsible wheelchairs and strollers; however, guests are responsible for loading and unloading their own equipment. Guests must also be able to walk short distances independently, as they will need to get on and off the bus and walk to various stops throughout the tour.
