This was a great tour. Our small group of 6 was picked up on the pier. We stopped on the way to the George Inlet Lodge and were lucky enough to see bald eagles and black bears! The boat trip was informative and the crab feast was amazing! I don't think I've ever turned down crab but this crab was so good and plentiful that we were all stuffed and happy!!

This was a good outing but I wish there was a little more to the boat tour. We lucked into some good eagle pictures and the crab info was cool but the rest was just a boat ride. THE CRAB MEAL WAS FANTASTIC. Don t want to ask for too much but I wish we had more time to eat.

The crab tour was the best! The guide was extremely lovable and she really presented herself professionally. We were excited to catch the crab and to see all the wildlife that were out through the tour. The scenery was second to none. And The CRAB!!!! Absolutely the best crab feast we have ever been to! Not only did make us appreciate the nature we seen but you satisfied our craving for a delicious lunch. This definitely will be a go to again on our lists of best things we will look forward to!

Fun excursion learning about the Dungeness crab. We saw several eagles swoop down and grab a fish. The dinner was outstanding. Best crab ever! Employees are friendly and willing to make you happy.

Jul 2019 - Leigh H.

We had a great time seeing nature up close. The exploration was educational and interesting. An eagle swooped right next to our boat to grab a fish. It was exciting. The Crab Feast was beyond delicious! My mother has mobility issues they helped her in every way; they even cracked her crab for her!

Jul 2019 - Joerg A.

We had a good time. Everyone involved did their best to make it entertaining and informative. The trip essentially is a couple of hours on the water incl. inspecting a crab trap plus a couple of hours eating such crabs. The weather was wonderful and the crabs tasted great. A good day out.

Truly enjoyed the experience. The crab feast is wonderful.

Fabulous Dungeness Crab all you can eat. Picked up in Ketchikan, and taken for a 20 minute drive out to the lodge. Cruise on the lake with commentary then taken to see a crab pot lifted from the water. On our return to the lodge we were given as much freshly cooked crab as you wanted. Straight from the pot. Absolutely beautiful. A salad and cheesecake were served as accompaniments. Well worth the shore excursion, booked direct with Alaskan Shore Excursions

The views were magnificent and the crab was so delicious, the experience was worth every penny!
