This was a very good excursion. We had the crab feast first, and although slightly messy, it was very tasty. We then boarded the boat and went in search of crabs. We found 4. Well organized, including the transportation.

We enjoyed the crab feast immensely. The tour guide was entertaining and the history of the cannery and lodge was interesting. The eagle feeding was cool. We had hoped to see more wildlife - even some seabirds.

The boating part of the tour was a little disappointing because I thought I would be able to put down or pull up crab cages but only one kid was offered this and there was only one crab cage. Adults just watched and could hold a crab if desired. However, the delicious crab feast more than made up for the lack of catching crab. The servers were very generous and we had a great time. I would recommend this tour.

So glad we did this activity. The ride on the water was great. We got up close views of eagles and learned about crabbing and some history of the local area and cannery. The meal was fabulous. It really was all you can eat and amazing. Our driver that picked us up from town gave a great ride and even was able to stop and take us to a little waterfall along the way and picked local roadside berries for my kids. So happy we did this excursion
