The Chilkoot Trail is part of Klondike Gold Rush National Park, running 33 miles along the Taiya River between Dyea (near Skagway, Alaska) and Bennett, British Columbia. It is possible to backpack along the trail (note that permits are required), but you can enjoy much of the abundant wildlife, scenic views, and rich history via a shorter guided hike and rafting tour. If you have the time available, we recommend choosing the longer tour that includes a drive to the White Pass summit. Our guided hikes allow you to enjoy an active 2 hour, one-way hike then relax on a tranquil river float.
