After meeting your duck on the cruise ship dock, your 45 minute journey through the historic neighborhoods of Ketchikan will begin. You'll want to sit back and enjoy the amusing commentary, guaranteed to 'quack' you up! Have your cameras ready as you make your way through one of Alaska's most famous tunnels, on your way to the picturesque Bar Harbor.
Upon arriving at the harbor, it'll be 'all hands on duck' when the bus turns into a boat and splashes into the Tongass Narrows. A very nice experience for the price, especially suitable for the kids. The tour guide, Jeannette, is awesome.

Unfortunately, this tour spent a lot of time in town traffic and we got to see the harbour from our cruise ship anyway when we left. The duck boats are a novelty - so if you've not done one before it is still worthwhile.

My grandsons & I enjoyed our experience on the duck boat. We certainly got to know a lot about Ketchikan. It was so much fun.

The driver and the narrator were nice and pleasant.

The guides were great and it was fun to go from land to water. We wish we could have gone to the totem pole park and gotten off and walked around for just a few minutes. It listed totem poles to be seen so we assumed that meant the park collection, but it was just one that was along the road side. It would be nice to do more on the outlying area of the town.

The tour through town was good, the "boat" ride less interesting than anticipated. The driver and guide were great.
