Your adventure also includes a visit to the popular Hilltop Restaurant and Marketplace, known for its homemade pies and authentic Alaskan souvenirs.When you finally reach the Arctic Circle, where the summer nights are bright and the winters are entirely dark, you'll receive your "Cross the Arctic Circle" certificate. Don't forget your camera so you can have your photo taken with the world famous signpost before heading back to Fairbanks.

Requirements:

  • This tour is not recommended for children under 10.
  • Not recommended for guests with back, hip, or knee problems
  • A minimum of 4 people is required to run the tour. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered either an alternative tour date or a full refund.

While wildlife is not guaranteed, it is not uncommon to spot wildlife on this tour.

This tour has a maximum capacity of 8 passengers per van. If you have more than 8 passengers in your group, please reach out to us at [email protected] to see if accommodations can be made for your group.

There will be several opportunities for bathroom breaks along the way. This is a very rural area and some facilities may be outhouse-style.

Snacks and bottled water are provided. You will stop at Yukon River Camp where lunch is available for purchase. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch.

This tour is not recommended for children under the age of 10 .

Alaska weather can be very unpredictable regardless of the season. Clothing is not provided for this tour, please dress appropriately for your comfort. We recommend dressing in layers accordingly to the weather on the day of your tour.
